My Father's War

The Performance as a Catalyst for Healing

My Father’s War is a proven catalyst for healing for veterans of any age affected by PTSD, moral injuries, and other unseen wounds of war, as well as for their families and communities. This is reflected in many comments that come to us by email, through this website, or written for us after as they get ready to leave this theatrical experience.

The patients are still talking about what a tremendous performance it was…. What you both shared with our Veterans, was truly "healing medicine" of the highest beneficial caliber. Beverly Bradigan: Charles George VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC

As a former Airman in the USAF, then as a Chaplain in both The USAF and The US Army, and now as a Mental Health professional working with Warriors from Iraq and Afghanistan – I was brought to tears as I was forced to relive the sights, sounds and smells of combat. This is a must-see for every former or current Service member and their family members….    Frank M. Brannon: Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider

[I] wanted to inform you that "Ponder Anew" [aka My Father’s War] was voted the BEST program of 2014 by our Sumner Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America.  I cannot begin to express the emotions brought out of this collection of warriors at the conclusion of your program.  You are to be commended on this remarkable presentation.  It is a gift from God.  Thank you so much for bringing your gift to us. H Frank Edwards, COL-R, US Army, First Vice President, Sumner MOAA
